All taxes and duties are prepaid — no additional fees on delivery.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
Order handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time: 1:00 PM (GMT) — orders placed before this time ship the same day.

Shipping Delays

Shipping Confirmation

If you don’t receive this immediately, don’t worry — your order will still arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Custom or pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first contact the courier to help locate it.

Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please email lugsshoes@gmail.com or call +44 7443 416157 within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’re unable to change the address once the order has shipped.
Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
